 Please read these Terms and Conditions of Service carefully before placing an order or confirming an installation with EcoBase Solutions.

1. Glossary

In this agreement:

“Acceptance Letter” refers to the document you sign to accept our Quotation and these Terms and Conditions.

“Improvement(s)” refers to the work specified in the Quotation, which we have agreed to supply and install at your Property.

“Property” means the location where the Improvements will be installed, as detailed in the Quotation.

“Quotation” refers to the cost estimate and description of the work we will provide.

“We,” “us,” or “our” refers to EcoBase Solutions.

“You” or “your” refers to the customer mentioned in the Quotation.

2. Preparing for Installation

We will schedule appointments based on the details you provide. Although we aim to meet these dates, they are not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary preparations are completed before our scheduled start date. If you are not ready, you must inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

3. Installation
You must allow us and any subcontractors access to the necessary areas of your Property to carry out the work. You must also ensure that there is an adequate supply of water, electricity, and gas (if applicable) during the installation, provided at no cost to us. The installation site must be clean and safe for our workers.
We are not responsible for pre-existing issues with your Property’s structure, plumbing, electrics, or any other components. If we discover such problems during installation, we will provide you with a quote for any additional work needed. You may choose to accept or decline this estimate. If external factors, such as poor weather, prevent us from completing the work, we are not liable for these delays, but the contract will still be valid for work already performed. We may engage subcontractors as needed to complete the Improvements.

4. Guarantee
Upon completion, we will provide a guarantee that outlines your rights concerning any defects in the design, materials, or workmanship.
5. Payment
A 20% deposit of the total quoted price is required upon acceptance of our Quotation. The remaining balance will be paid in structured installments, either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the project’s duration. The payment schedule may vary based on specific project agreements. If payments are delayed, additional charges may be incurred. Ownership of the completed work will only transfer to you once full payment has been received. If you choose to finance the work through credit, the terms of your credit agreement will dictate your repayment obligations. Please note that canceling your credit agreement could result in the termination of this contract.
6. Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this Agreement within 7 days of signing the Acceptance Letter unless work has already commenced or materials have been customized for your Property. If you cancel within this period, we will refund your deposit. We may cancel this Agreement if you breach any terms or if we discover false or incomplete information provided by you. In such cases, you will need to cover any costs incurred up to the cancellation date. If unforeseen structural issues are discovered that prevent us from proceeding with the agreed work, we reserve the right to cancel the contract.

8. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for any costs or losses arising from delays or breaches caused by your actions or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss of profit, opportunities, or anticipated savings. We are also not responsible for unauthorized use of scaffolding outside of our working hours. Please remove any delicate or valuable items from the work area, as we will not be liable for damage to personal belongings.
 
9. Other Provisions
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Quotation and the Acceptance Letter, form the entire agreement between us. Any changes to this Agreement must be documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties. We may assign our rights under this Agreement without your consent, but you may only assign your rights with our prior written approval. This Agreement benefits only the parties involved and is not enforceable by any third parties.
